In Delhi/NCR mid-level market sell around 2-3 CR products daily . Our (r4rdeal's) aim is to cover
20%-30% of the mid-level market in India .

In Delhi/NCR region there are about 2 lakhs shop are present, which contains almost day to day
requirements like clothes, electronic items and other accessories. Many times people go for the
shopping if they get the time from their working schedule in the areas like Sadar Bazar, Palika
bazar and many more market places, so we are providing or selling their products on our ecommerce
site(r4rdeal.com). Here is a brief description how whole process is going:
Firstly we are having IT team which is taking care of our e-commerce(r4rdeal.com) site on which
the whole selling is to be done, simultaneously we are having e-learning(r4rco.in) site which is a
free learning site which help us to promote our e-commerce site and the biggest advantage of
e-learning site is that if we need to hiring some IT professional we give training and make them
eligible to handle the other upcoming site like (labors online.com and khanewali.com).
Currently we are having an IT team which consist of 20 members, which manage and maintain
the working of site. This consist of 3 member of SEO team which help our website to promote
and makes it best from the best so that our hard work get succeed. In this we are currently one
Photoshop member which help us to give the best view of our selling products, so that the
customers can seen and purchase our products as their requirements.

Secondly is business strategy, that is the main and major part of our whole business model.
This is categorize into different sections like Promotion Strategy, Tie-up Strategy and Inventory
Management and others promotional activities.
Promotional Strategy:
1)In this strategy how the promotions is going for our site , in this we are organizing events or
programs at different colleges like DU(Delhi University ) colleges in their premises and which
help us to get the market needs and along this college programs or events we are hiring the
graduates those who can clear the selection process.
2)The side by side promotion is going on other social medias like Facebook, twitter and many
more , which is ongoing and handled by IT team itself.
3)The other promotions teams we have like pamphlets distribution and visiting cards distribution
at freshers MBA for our promotional activities and we are paying them 5-12k pm (according
their performance). So all these new hiring freshers mainly MBA/graduates is handled by Our 3
senior MBA teams.
Tie-up Strategy:
Currently we tied up with shopclues and paytm and other well known brand for sell and
promote our vendors products
Our executives goes and get daily tie up with local shops & other vendors . so in tie up with
vendors and outlets they can sell their products through our site with a contract of 6 - 12
months with a minimal rent of 500 or 1000rs for 6 months or 12 months ,which might be
increase 1000-5000 annually as per sale and market demands after 3 months.
We get the tie up with the direct production or a manufacture company that’s is a free of cost tie
up with them at least for sometime so that our site get promote and publish more. The best of
our products and service help us to grab the more area of the market.
Then after within a few months we get our own manufacture products like Shoes, pants and
many more get sell on this site with the best in brand and cheapest in value.
Inventory Management:
The product in and out is handled by our inventory management. The type of tied up and their
products we get needs to handle in this management and updating the new products on the site
is done by IT department after collecting information from the tied up brands of their products.
For future requirements we want the investment of about 1-10cr to make the backup for all
products in context we are getting response from our website response.
Marketing Programs
The R4R will attract customers by using a mixture of traditional and online advertising strategies
to create a grassroots marketing campaign.
Since the majority of The R4R customer acquisition will result from direct promotion local

Hire the define MBA fresher executive so that we can cover almost all areas in Delhi region
including NCR and our IT team needs be increase as per the requirements strategy. So are
preparing and gets into high investment strategy. Getting tied up with more brands and make
their products sale on our with a minimum profit at least 1-3 months to grab the market as soon
as we can.
Current Position
Currently we are selling the products with a range of x-y at daily process with XYZ ton over per
months. This value surely get increase with the market demand needs and their response.
